1. Your fleets are hereby ordered to (re)mobilize for the reconquest of the Essia star system, commencing operations no later than １日 4月 YE 41. This is a critical mission for the Yamatai Star Empire and comes directly from the Empress. You are personally responsible for the success of this mission, and bear in mind that history will judging you on its outcome. A key objective is to minimize loss of Essian life as this is politically important.
2. Upon a successful retaking of the area, work with the Rikugun to deploy troops to the surface to work with the locals to begin removing the Kuvexians ground forces.
3. Any collaborators who assisted the Kuvexian invaders must be brought to justice for treason.
4. You may request additional fleet forces to assist in this operation, including the First Fleet, which will be available as reinforcements if needed.
5. You may request additional ships and crews to enhance your fleets.
6. This operation is designated OPERATION SOVEREIGN COMMITMENT.
