The warhead was reverse engineered from stolen Kuvexian technology by Frontier Manufacturing Service engineers in YE 40

Did this occur in the RP?

Yes, the Kuvexian Heist was a raid on a ship that was sneaking into Yamataian space to replace the shipyard that Eucharis Destroyed. FSC used swarms of cheaply made EMP Rockets two cripple the ship. They then used the data they collected to improve upon these EMP Rockets to make a larger version of them that was used on b7r - 604. This would be be refined form of the generic Tech weapon they started with.

I mean, it's a pretty balanced missiles. The last time the RudaaS came around I checked the EMP and it's a solid little thing. Even fit the old checklist.
