Suggestion Flesh Out - The Star Army Pirate Guide

When I was making my little pirate article, I found - Pirate on Star Army Space Roleplay

It would be cool to see a modernized update to this article and how it applies to the SARPiverse! Currently, the article is wimpy, wimpy, wimpy aka a stub.

Sadly, as we know my plate only has so much room so I'm suggesting it here so that maybe someone else would like to volunteer to take this on.

I've made this WIP - Pirates on Star Army on Star Army Space Roleplay It is a start on a Pirate Guide but It needs a lot more work.
