So Hemosynthetic liquid is good and all, but much like my sentences it lacks some kind of structure

Just a suggestion you might want to change the name because I'm pretty sure hemosynth is a restricted technology and getting them confused would be bad ><
 
Is it a restricted technology? I swear I read somewhere that it had a wide variety of applications - one of them being something to do with food?

But I can change it if I need to.
 
Looks good - I'd be worried about both the person applying the substance and the one receiving treatment both falling under the effects of the laughing gas that it's dispensed with though. You don't want your medic now gassed up and rolling around the floor themselves haha. If you think that's a nonissue I can post a list.
 
I don't know about you, but laughing gas doesn't just cause you to start laughing uncontrollably, it does give you a very odd weightless and somewhat spinning feeling, and yes, it becomes a bit easier to laugh for no reason, but unless it's being inhaled in a rather high concentration, it won't do much.
