Greetings to all. I am fairly new to this forum, introduced to me by a friend of mine. Before I get started out into this community, I shall answer some questions.

I have a cyberpunk-styled character called "The Nomad," who's a cyborg samurai who I think will fit well somewhere in this setting.

Greetings. What kinda stuff you into, Nomad?

May help with figuring out what kind of plot you'd get along with. Cyber assassins are definitely a thing in the SARP-verse, but it helps to know where your paycheck is coming from. ;I

Dumont's Promised Land plot might be up your alley, through honestly I have little to do with it. The wiki has plenty of information on all of the factions, through, so that might be the best way to find out who suits you best.
