Greetings colleages,
As Recon is a newly formed, specialised corps and we would like to request some information about ongoing research regarding non-PA power armor substitutes. Our Scouts are required to operate in lightweight conditions, with as little emissions as possible. Such subsitutes would be agreeable to be introduced to see how they interact on the battlefield in this role, even at a limited release.
We've taken note of a couple of mission results using in-dev equipment that have been disclosed to us from Star Army Command to enquire about, some of which have been in testing for a year. There are also a couple which have been used in field tests once or twice, with positive results and have been waiting for project closure since then. In particular the Shibui test set, which if you could send us an ETA on that would be perfect.
Please advise. With the Kuvexian War raging hard, we expect our Rikugun especially to come under strain at any time now. Whatever assets you can release to us, even provisionally, will vastly improve our efforts. If you have any other ideas for equipment outside this request, we would gladly hear.

no need to snuff other people's RP mhm? Unless you think it would never be released ICly? At which point, why was it financed in the first place, that doesn't make sense IC?
