It looks pretty solid to me. I don't see anything wrong with the design, apart from not being able to tell what the heck it looks like. The art is a bit.. vague...

I didn't do the art. ^^; I touch pencil to paper to try and draw, and things tend to go horrendously wrong.

Bit of a double post, but, I think Exhack is going to re-draw the Vayu.

Dunno if it counts, but it is trans-atmospheric which means it can fly in space for a bit. And is civilian.
