History: Created some 4 years ago, Kelsey has spent the past four years as a Infantry soldier for Star Army. While almost soullessly devoted to her work over the past 4 years, she has begun to realize that there is more to life than death and those who deal it. Her intellectual awakening is beginning.
Personality: To the point where people that don't know her would call her bi-polar. While exceptionally moody at times she attempts to keep an optimistic demeanor. Since her creation, her personality has developed in leaps and bounds rather than slowly evolving over time but she now seems to be more under control. Despite this, her chaotic behavior has gotten her in trouble with her superiors on a few occasions though nothing serious has ever transpired.
Her unique behavioral trait seems to be her incredible ability to derail any conversation or to say things at awkward times and be oblivious.
Defining unique physical characteristics: Scar on left collarbone that is approximately 3 inches long.
