The image swaps to that of an injured Kodian of no-specific appearance, laying in a medical facility with Yamataian-doctors working without a proper auto-doctor. His vitals are displayed nearby, appearing rather in rough condition even though nothing gruesome or troubling is shown on-camera.
"As part of the Senator's hope to promote peace and re-establish the pro-Yamataian section of the government, he discarded his rights to Yamataian protection and engaged in treaty talks with the Anti-Xenoist League or AXL. Things seemed to be going well until an explosion within the meeting hall killed the diplomat sent by the AXL and severely wounded Senator Wularu. Since the bombing, the AXL have decreed that surrender will not be an option and that the diplomat acted in ill-faith as a traitor to Gashmere."
"In response, the Kodians hoping to restore power and re-bridge their connection with Yamatai have begun deploying with specialized combat suits. This escalation has brought brawls and minor gun fights into full-on modern combat just short of powered armor inclusion. These suits are, even now, being contested and pitched to Emrys by both factions with the hope of acquiring the advantage in production. This has resulted in a stock increase with Emrys; they have refused to comment in the meantime."
