This is a Graviton Beam Projector designed to be as small as 5 cm diameter by 2 cm depth, which can be scaled up to far larger sizes and anywhere in between. Its strength increases with physical size, assuming it has ample power at its disposal.
It's initially designed as part of to-be-designed frictionless joint and STL thrust vectoring systems, but is useful in enough other applications to submit independently to KFY.
Project THOUGHT and its Alpha Generation technologies were approved at the end of 2008 and are still in the Approved section to this day. This is a Beta generation technology and thus needs separate approval. Just clarifying in case it's asked.
