Greetings,

Since I initiated reforms and increased the amount of Rikugun stations last year, we have tried to use as much existing infrastructure. This is done not only to limit the amount of resources being diverted away from the post-war rebuilding process, but also to keep the Rikugun connected to the Star Army as a whole.
Below is a list of bases to be used and created:

Currently we have 38 locations identified, but require 19 new locations to be built up and at least 10 that require upgrades as they are frontier forts. If were to use Type 32 Spires as we traditionally do for permanent locations, I fear we would be a large drain upon the Star Army's resources. But commanders and our staff have a possible solution: a smaller purpose built megastructure.

I submit the following key requirements identified for your approval and desires with the design before it is sent off to our suppliers for proposals:
  • Max height of 500 meters and a width of 100 meters
  • Contain manufacturing capabilities of Light Mecha and below
  • House 1 legion comfortably and 3 in an emergency
  • Orbital/Terrestial Long Range Support abilities
  • Limited STL/FTL capability for self-deployment/escape
  • Compatible with existing and future Terrestrial Base Shielding technology
