So hear me out.... I got in a fork of this idea. But what is the idea? Well, what if a task force is focused on reclaiming worlds that are now under Kuvexian rule. The focus would not so much be on the task force, but on a specialized team that focuses on one thing, drop in hot and get the job done. So why am in a split of this idea? Well honestly it could go either way, it can be Star Army doing this or Nepelsia IPG that play this out.

Now it really depends on what is more popular:
  • Valkeries: A unit created for one purpose only, to liberate the Kuvexian worlds and free its people at any means. Yamatai 8th Fleet dispatches a dedicated Task Force to start the raid operations upon the occupied worlds to listen to the demands of the Yamatai Senators and its people.
  • Cracked Skulls: A IPG unit is put into action, joining the combined Yamatai/Nepleslia formed task force that serves its purpose to liberate worlds from the Kuvexians. They drop in hot and will do anything to open the pathway for the remaining forces.
What has more interest? Valkeries (Yamatai focused) or Cracked Skulls (Nepleslian focused). If it doesn't have any interest then no worries, but I do require 2/3 people for interest in writing in said setting :)
 
Ohhhh, I like this and would most likely like the Kick down the door type Cracked Skulls approach.

That being said, My current assets are tied in another rp so I'd most likely make something new to go with this rp. But fear, not I have been toying with making another character recently. And this might give me the push over the cliff to make him.

Awesome to hear :D Thats one for the Cracked Skulls idea
 
This is an interesting idea, but I think there was a general consensus around leaving factions around the size they currently in terms of the Big Two. Would the 'liberated' worlds be independent, or merged into the faction that frees them?

That is actually something I have not really considered, I see that more as aftermatch stuff and that the current situation is that planets need to be freed from the slavery policy of Kuvexians.
 
I won't lie RaWolfe, this sounds almost as fun as the Wakaba. I've got 2 characters that I would love to add to your plot if it gets off the ground. One is a Nep Scout/Close Combat Specialist who I've been wanting to use but the plot I had him in kind of died. The other is currently my most active character, Sanda from the Resurgence plot. I had already decided that if Hanaka's World came up to be reclaimed that she would volunteer to help go in. Honestly, I've sort of toyed with the idea of these two characters hooking up but never could see how they would both fit together in the same plot.

If you get some more interest let me know.
 
Alright, that means that Skulls has met the required 3 players (Excl counting of myself). @demibear @Damaske and @Cowboy

Your IPG Team Leader and the specialized sniper will be SGT Bruce Maynard designated in IPG code index as Zero. Designation to your character will be given at the start of the mission and per regulations of NSMC and IPG all operations are classified and no personal names can or may be used within the parameters of where the units are deployed. If you do, it endangers not only yourself but also everyone related to you (of course in character).

Further information will be provided about Cracked Skulls as soon as possible. If @Charmaylarg Dufrain could give his blessing over the RP that would be awesome :D
 
If Gunther even named dropped anyone, it would likely be as his brother in hopes he dies a horrible death.
 
Nep didnt lose a lot of worlds (It didnt participate much in the fighting until the very end), but it did get invaded in the colonial expanse and did have the potential for losing contact with some of those worlds and was due to be retaken and i can point ye that way~

Also, considering im interested in all things nep im game to join if ye have the room. And ye have my green light for the IPG group. Im busy most of the week but can answer DMs here and there and have all day off Thursday if ye need to hash out anything.
 
If not taken I think my new character will be Sniper/ demo if that is cool, I'll try to get Jami's profile up asap, I was thinking a fox, but with the base picture being a red panda, and some saying that he can be a subclass of the Daur I might go that route. (ok seams liek that is a joke so i'll get the race nailed down later, gots run do adult stuff)

Tag me when you post that character ;) I might have to pitch in to see how the Daur got involved into Nep politics lol

I was thinking more so on how i "could" reasonably get my new character into this arc without a lot of er what's he doing here. We can have him be in the Star Army since this is a joint operation it would make a little more sense than him being full Daur? If not I think I can make a more suited Nep, and Save Jami for another time.

Well the point is that Daur not often travel away from the Kingdom, but its not impossible to be mingled into different states affair ;)

I was thinking that they left early in their life and went else as one of the few randoms that left for so and so reason. BUT looking more at the Nep I think I'll retract Jami and his concept and start anew. I like what I am seeing there and will adjust to making a humoon from there.
