FCGID Warnings in Error Logs and Intermittent 404s

Response from support:

Normally the https service is a copy of the http service settings.
However, they had fallen out of sync and were spawning extra processes.
I’ve sync’d the settings up to match and should hopefully resolve the
fcgid errors.
