Gotta love when you want to make a character...
Then you gotta make a specific type of weapon to fit his shtick since absolutely no articles have been made for such a weapon...
So you gotta approve the weapon that ties into a character that hasn't even been FINISHED yet...
So you can make sure he has a weapon in his inventory that IS approved...
To make sure that he CAN be approved with minimal modification in the future...
And then ultimately it all wraps up into one complete package...

So yeah! Let me know if there's anything more you want from it. I'm just posting this so it can be added to my Character WIP.

Usually we like to keep things in current year but because this is a specialty item, it makes sense why it hasn't shown up before.
