To: All Fleet Commanders

All fleets, respective logistic trains and attached Marine units are to prepare for fleet-strength movements. All armaments and munitions stocks are to be checked. All personnel are to be recalled from leave. Movement orders are as follows:

1st Fleet will remain at Nepleslia

2nd Fleet will transit to SC-4

3rd Fleet will transit to Lacusan

4th Fleet will transit to Delsauria

All detached units on active operations will remain as they are. All other detachments are to rendezvous at stated points.

New orders will be issued at later date.
 
Movement orders are rescinded. All fleets will return to previous posts. All furloughs are to be extended by a week in compensation.
