Basically, the locals didn't really put up any real fight and surrendered fairly easily, so the Star Army didn't really need to do much underwater. The Star Army also had some mermaid style Nekovalkyrja but they never really made it onto the wiki.

You say that and I think about the game that never was: Deep Angel. Basically fighters able to drive due to super cavitation mechanics. Was interesting as a High Schooler. lol
