I didn't want to have to submit this while having so many of the subarticles and things that go into this unapproved, but I don't exactly have a choice in the matter. The Slayer is a planned successor to the AIR2 Lancer, incorporating many of the same design decisions on a new chassis that shares parts and technology with the Hostile, Aggressor, and VOID. It then adds in an interchangeable backpack to allow the Slayer to fill different roles within the same "High Speed Assault" context: High speed atmospheric and space flight; high speed ground assault; and high speed direct fire support.

As said when I was told to submit this: I have a bad feeling about this. Mostly for all the unapproved stuff on it, though the only unapproved articles unique to the Slayer and not updated stuff for Nepleslia or replacements for removed Nepleslian stuff are the APB and WIND Packs.

I am getting tired of new stuff I make being retroactively unapproved after approval. If this keeps happening, this sends the wrong message and tells new players and old ones that it doesn't matter if your stuff is approved, if someone doesn't like it they can have it unapproved. It makes trying to make stuff for SARP effectively a Sisyphean task where there's no success or rest, just eternally pushing a boulder up hill.

Alex went through the official channel he was told to go through for this (Posting it in the submission thread) instead of just bringing it up in the discord. This is so the submitter and reviewers can be made aware of a problem and decide if it needs to be re-opened (in which case it would be for just that one issue), Or if the submitter will take notice and agree and fix it themselves and post here for the record.

I'm not perfect and there's things even i can miss so it helps when we are made aware of such things and we can fix them in a timely and professional manner. This avoids future cases of nitpicking where other reviewers or submitter might try to cherry pick examples of things that broke the rules, avoided them, or circumvented them.

I will also point out that nobody is required to make things on the wiki. It is solely up to the motivations of those who wish to make things for this setting and for others. If you feel as though the process has been unfair and not worth your time you can decide to not make things or simply take a break until you feel the motivation and drive to continue.
 
the holiday season is almost over so i can at least give a simple verdict and respond to any replies in a couple days.

Due to the wording of the DrV3 speed limits i wont enforce a m1.7 change for the slayer itself as "Tends to cap at Mach 1.7" is not a hard rule but more a guideline.

I will however ask that a general reduction in the packs added speed to the very low m2.0 range if not m2.0 itself. The reasoning behind this is that the nepleslian fm, legix, has expressed that the raider remain the fastest of nepleslian power armors in terms of air speed. With anything going as fast if not faster requiring SM permission to be punching out of the factions weight class by a factor of 1.

This is my verdict and is not subject to change at this time.
 
No. We are nerfing the raider because it escaped me that it was considerably above the speed standards and used the raider as an example as something we needed permission for to break the speed standards for and that the FM of the faction has expressed that he wants the raider to continue being the factions fastest PA so it is unlikely that with this knowledge now in hand that even if wes gave the OK for they slayer to break the standards it is highly likely it wont pass at an FM level.

Had i noticed this earlier and wasnt trying to get the 10+ other reviews on the slayers submission at the same time you would have received this change order earlier.
