The YSS Wicked had just sat down on the landing pad across from the YSS Rave and YSS Jade. All of the team was now here. In a black raincoat, Yuuko stood between all three of the ships on the wet concrete, watching the Wicked come to rest--right on time, too--and waiting for the others to meet out here in the cool morning fog.

Kikyô hopped out of the Wicked after it set down, she still wore the informal leather and bodysuit, however her rank pin was on the outside of the jacket. She made her way over to Yuuko, "Lovely day isn't it..." She remarked, casting a glance behind her to make sure Mordachai was following her.

Rett was one of the first soldiers off the Rave, he had his GP-12b propped up against his shoulder as he held it in his left hand. He didn't care about the rain, he'd seen worse anyway and stood there wetly. "Hello Taisa Kessaku." He bowed to Yuuko, then noticed Kikyô and perked a brow. ~heh, gets better and better.~ He thought and turned to her. "Taisa." he bowed his head to her too.

Mordachai slowly walked out of the Wicked, rolling his shoulders and stretching his large wings. He had on his black trench coat over the blue shirt and black pants. His hair was pulled back into a ponytail and he looked wide awake and ready for action. He looked up at the sky as the rain fell, but then looked straight ahead at Kikyô's back, following it and paying the rain no heed. In his right hand was a long hard case, his rifle.
Henry emerged from the Jade wrapped in his black cape. He was also wearing a tri-corner hat. He nodded to the other Taisas as he joined the group. Shina followed behind him in a white raincoat.

"Welcome to Nepleslia. Where the water of the fog is half acid, half smog!" Yuuko rhymed cheerfully, albeit at Kikyô's annoyance.

Tyriel was the next one off the Rave, and stretched his wings; a small smile on his face as the black feathered wings stretched carefully as to not hit anyone. He looked over at Kikyô and sighed, he had given thought about his behavior earlier. And for the sake of his sanity and the coherence of the team he bowed his head to the Taisas respectfully.

"Is this everyone?" Kikyô asked.

Seeing that no one seemed eager to report anyone missing, Henry turned to Kikyô. "I believe it is, ma'am."

Rett kept silent standing off to the side waiting for his next order, as much as he wanted to, now wasn't the time to flirt. Tyriel looked surprised upon seeing Mord and twitched his newly waxed wings (to prevent the rain from soaking them and making them heavy) in curiosity.

"I think so," Yuuko said. At that point her communicator started chiming. "One sec."

Mordachai looked at the other Elysian and scowled slightly, looking back to his superior, waiting for orders. His hair was beginning to become a plastered mess to his head, but still, he didn't seem to notice it in the least.

"Oh!" Yuuko exclaimed, "Orders from the Emp...the commander, Yui." the girl announced. "Here, I'll put it on speaker."

Tyr kept quiet and listened closely. Rett smirked and looked toward Yuuko, focusing his ears on the speaker.

Kikyô glanced at Tyriel and her eyes narrowed as she watched him through the rain, she still disliked the man and thought he was up to something, she fully intended to watch him carefully.

Seeing that apparently there would be orders coming from higher that Kikyô, Mordachai looked to Yuuko, and listened for these orders. One hand held his rifle, the other rested on his belt six inches from the butt of his pistol.

"Hello," Yui's familiar voice penetrated the fog. "I have a few adjustments. First of all, I'm going to let the SAINT element head the team, with the SARA element supporting. That means Taisa Kikyô is in charge...second, Yuuko is now a W3 Juni. Yuuko, I know you wanted to pilot more than command. Here's your chance. Third, Henry, because of the change in fleet rank policy, I'm going to bump you down a notch to Chusa. Good luck on this mission and don't come back emptyhanded! That is all."

Tyriel took a step back, feeling horribly out of place for some reason; but glad he could stretch his wings. Mord's expression earlier made him wonder what his story was.

"Wow," Yuuko said, scratching her head. "Anyone got a blue marker?" she joked.

Rett chuckled and playfully searched his pockets. "Sorry but no ma'am." he joked back, the gun resting on his shoulder via a shoulder strap.

"Aww, and I was just getting used to my new rank pin, too," said Henry, trying to sound disappointed. He never cared much for getting promotions. Shina looked around her uncomfortably. Henry's old Taii pin could be seen on her chest through the semi-transparent raincoat.

"Odd, I wonder why she didn't mention this on Yamatai..." Kikyô mused aloud to herself, "Well, I guess we should just make the best of the situation and work on finding Yuumi and Naraku." She glanced over at Henry, "Chusa, can you please use the Jade to scan the city in search of Yuumi. May be the quickest and most effective way of finding her."

"Would you like me to look for Naraku or Yuumi with my ship, too, Taisa?" Yuuko suggested.

"Of course, ma'am," replied Henry. The command was quickly relayed to the bridge of the Jade via his wrist computer. "Should I assist in the search from within the ship? I'll be glad to escort the search team on foot if you wish."

Rett spoke up. "Um excuse me, but who do I help look for? Lady Yuumi or this Naraku?" He asked curiously, to anyone who'd know.

"Naraku as well Yuumi, but I really doubt it will be that easy... My SAINT team and I will follow the leads you can give us on the ground, once we ascertain that Yuumi or Naraku is in a certain location that is where you come in Yuuko. Your Mindy packs more of a punch than we do." Kikyô glanced at Rett, she hated being bombarded with questions, "If you wish you may accompany the SAINT team." She said to Rett, "Now please ask questions in some form of order, I dislike being bombarded with them."

Mordachai tsked his tongue off the back of his teeth and walked back to the Wicked. Once there, he opened his case and pulled out his rifle and began assembling it. He was still well within earshot of anything being said, and was looking up frequently to see if anyone were motioning to him. When the scope had been mounted, he put a strap on it and hung it , muzzle down, on his back. Rain on his gun would not do, so he pulled out the lining that allowed for the pieces, and stuck the gun into a lining for the assembled product, and then snapped it closed and walked back to the group. "Mistress, I have a question."

Kikyô glanced at Mordachai, "Yes? What is it?"

What do you wish me to do, Ma'am? I am not known for confrontational battle. I am better at finding a place and lying in wait of my target." Mordachai said, setting the case at his side as he rejoined the group.

Tyr looked up at the sky half longingly, wanting to leap into the air and fly but oh well. Childish desires really sucked at times like this. He just kept quiet, he didn't want to piss either Mord or Kikyô off now since he was likely to be stuck with them.

"You can still come along with us, most of the confrontational battle will be left for Yuuko." Kikyô paused and collected her thoughts, "Mostly we will be doing the recon work, I imagine whoever has Yuumi has her well guarded, the five of us probably wouldn't stand much of a chance of getting her out of there."

"Oooh" Yuuko moaned, "I love my Mindy." Apparently so!

Rett raised an eyebrow. "Ook......" He said. ~Maybe a little too much....~ The blonde soldier thought to himself.

Mordachai's face was still like stone. He had been preparing for this, both physically, and mentally. Nodding once, he looked down at his case. "Will I be needing my rifle, Ma'am?

Henry waited patiently for Kikyô to get back to him. Meanwhile, scan results began pouring into his right retina via his wrist computer. He searched the data for any relevant information.

"Psst. You're on Nepleslia," Yuuko whispered to Mord.

Another nod was given to the whisper, not seeing the relevance, but apparently this neko knew something that he did not....Looking back to Kikyô, he awaited his answer.

"I suggest you bring all of your weapons, never know what you might need." Kikyô smiled at him, "Its better to be over prepared rather than caught off guard and needing it."

Tyr nodded and pulled out his GP-12b1 Assassin and pulled it out to it's full form and rested it against his shoulder. He would stay as silent as he could unless spoken to. Rett chuckled and patted his gun. "I'm ready Taisa." He said to Kikyô almost casually, but his tone was that of a guy who knew about these situations.

Kikyô looked at him and arched an eyebrow, "Where do you think we are going? We still need a location, I am not going to search every building out there until we get lucky."

Rett laughed. "Wherever you order me to go, that's my role as a soldier."

Mordachai nodded and stood at ease to Kikyô's right side. He watched the group, taking in little facts and quirks about each, and then finally just turned to listen to his mistress, awaiting the order to move out.

"Maybe we should all get out of this weather, no point in standing around out here when the information may not be back for quite some time." Kikyô smiled, "Agreed? Or would you rather all stand out here and get wet?"

Rett pulled out a pair of shades that didn't obscure vision much but didn't allow his eyes to be seen, his eyes were discreetly eyeing up Yuuko behind them. "Where? In the ships?" He asked rhetorically.

Mordachai broke the faintest of smiles and nodded. "I agree, Ma'am. Plus, any tactical information we might get could be overheard if we stay out here. For all we know, this Naraku already knows we're coming for them, just because we have been out here talking about it.

Kikyô nodded, "Has anything been heard of Naraku?" She asked everyone in general.

"I'll have my suit on standby...OOH TAISA KIKYÔ!!!" Yuuko squealed.
"No, ma'am," said Henry, raising an eyebrow at Yuuko's... strange behavior. The scans done by the Jade revealed nothing of relevance. Henry was not very surprised. The search for their targets would not be easy.

Tyriel nodd in assent and shook his wings. "I have" Rett reported. "She contacted the Rave looking for you." He said to Kikyô.

Kikyô frowned, "Why was she looking for me?" She glanced at Yuuko, "I assume this is what you had to report."

"Yes! Rett called me earlier about it," Yuuko verified excitedly.

"My apologies ma'am." Rett said to Kikyô. "She did not say, other than she was expecting you to look for her."

"Well I guess she got what she was looking for." Kikyô looked back at the Rave, "Lets get out of this weather..." She started walking towards the ship.

"Henry," Yuuko walked over to her Chinese friend, "Did you ever hear about Eve's old misdeeds?"

Taking a deep breath, Mordachai turned and walked into the covering of the ship's entrance, and stood there, leaning on the edge. He was not impressed with how this was going. None of it was professional or efficient. They were standing around in the wide open, while apparently a kidnapper and assassin was out on the loose.

Rett walked past Yuuko heading for the Rave and slipped a little on a wet bit of oil and slid a bit his hand going under Yuuko's raincoat and rubbing against her bottom as he tried to get his balance, then paused and continued into the Rave.

"Of course, ma'am... Yuuko. It was required reading back at my educational facility," said Henry as he began walking back to his ship. Shina was already waiting for him at the entrance hatch.

"Pleasae forgive me for being in your way," Yuuko responded reflexive in a quick burst of Japanese words.

Tyr sighed and went to the Rave to get in next and did so after the clumsy Geshrin did. Rett peeked back out and replied in Japanese. "No harm it was that patch of wet oil." he pointed at the ground and gave her a smile before going back in out of the rain.
Even after people began filing past him, Mordachai stood at the door, watching. Something wasn't right about this situation. There was something that didn't lay right with him, as if he were being set up on this, his first SAINT mission.

"She's got a penchant for explosives," Yuuko said nervously.

Mordachai was about to was about to turn and follow the group into the ship, when Kikyô brushed past him on the way to the SAINT quarters. Not wanting to be overly separated from his superior, he followed close at her heels.
