Oh wow, a non GH submission bet no one expected that :3

Anyway this is a brand new organisation within the established Department of Public Safety of the neshies, this being the highly trained CT group which operates alone yada yada every good country has one these days. This is also a new kind of submission for me so please let me know if its lacking anything and such.

UPDATED: I've moved both the Div5 article and the operatives article to be just faction:neshaten instead of kingdom_of_neshaten, this way its easier to type and fits the rest of the neshie stuff on the wiki too, i've adjusted the link in the opening post so it should work ok
