Hey all!

Was pointed out that Noval's high-end Chairman Package doesn't have an approval stamp on it, so I'm looking to fix that!

The article is a bit wordy, but that's fine with me.

This originally appeared in the submission for the https://wiki.stararmy.com/doku.php?id=corp:noval_heavy_industries:hibiscus back in April of 2020.

Side note - the RP example is just the same URL as the Hibiscus. I can link some of the RP request threads if needed.
