Approved Adoption Okano Yoshiko

Was wondering if there are any holdups here. I was hoping to use her as the captain for a SAINT plot because she's got cool art, was already a black ship captain in the past, and Yoroko hasn't logged on (sadly) since December 31, 2011. Not sure if you want to PM them or waive that requirement per the regulations. The character itself was last posted for on December 14, 2009 at the end of the Genei's plot run.
There's no real rush, I guess. Just sorta bumpin' after a month+.
