Thank you for your interest in purchasing one of our Hephaestus class vessels. While we can process your order immediately, it will take time to construct and prepare one for delivery, we estimate it should be ready in 4月 YE 43.

When it comes to licensing our Multistruct and Hyperspace Fuel Tap technologies, I have been authorized to present two options to you, either a one-time lump-sum licensing fee, or an ongoing royalty payment on profits earned using the technologies.

Thank you for your reply back. That timeframe is acceptable, 6月 YE43 is the earliest it would be needed. It will give us time to prepare. As for the other part of our inquiry, we can schedule a meeting to negotiate the lump sum price or percentage of sales. We are open to either option.

Your order of one Hephaestus class is now under production. In regards to purchasing licensing, I have been authorized to offer you the option to purchase the licenses in question for 5 million KS apiece.

These licenses will allow for the sale of these technologies in integration with other products such as starships, and use within your organization. It will not, however, allow for the sale of these products for commercial gain.

Would OHI be interested in royalties for products based on the multistruct technology (specializations/optimizations) in the future?

Thank you very much for your business. Regarding royalties, OHI would be open to discussing royalty-based licensing for sales of standalone modified Multistruct units in the future.
