I am a UOC national who holds a mid-officer rank within the Star Army of Yamatai, and have not decided which group with which to align.

Due to this, I have requested time off, and intend to enter Nepleslian space so as to be able to remove myself from these two nations long enough to be able to make a decision without the outside influence of either.

I have purchased a Yui 5 vessel with my own funds, but it is not yet prepared. As a gesture from the Star Army of Yamatai; a Nozomi-class vessel which I commanded in the past, the YSS Asuka (NS-X5-23), has been placed in an off-duty status and made available for this purpose.

Seeing as a Yamataian Officer entering in a Star Army Vessel for personal business is likely excessively peculiar and suspicious from your standpoint, I wish to inform you ahead of time, as well as agree to keep all weapons powered down for the duration of my stay, unless I come under attack. My stay will not exceed five days.

Under the above situation and condition, I humbly request access to your space.

Permission granted to enter Nepleslian space. While in Nepleslian Space, you must agree to follow these terms:

* You must stay with the SMoDIN escort you will be provided.
* Your weapons must stay powered down.
* You will not undertake any aggressive action against a SMoDIN vessel, unless in clear and certain self-defence.
* Your vessels must not initiate any active scanning of SMoDIN starships or equipment.
* You must agree to follow any legitimate and legal order issued by your escort's commanding officer.
* You must notify your escort of any planned complicated maneuvers or FTL jumps before execution.


If you agree to these terms, please send a response. Once accepted, breach of these terms will be grounds for immediate expulsion from Nepleslian space.

I accept these terms. I have also been contacted by a friend on Nepleslia who wishes to visit with me. I expect that my vessel cannot land on Nepleslian soil, but is it possible for me to take a shuttle down to Nepleslia?

I would have my MEGAMI active and instruct it to agree to the above terms as well, so that the escort will have no trouble with the ship.

Looks like the First and Second Assault fleets are too busy.

I would like to request permission to send a Tolchok, the NSS Breakdown, to escort our guest.

I was planning on visiting the markets of Funky City, possibly going to one of the higher end hotels, a library or two, and maybe seeing a few standard tourist attractions.

If the Grand Admiral himself is involved in this, my visit must have shaken up your military a great deal. For this, I apologize.

Not at all. This is another measure of security being taken to ensure your safety and the safety of your travels. Yamatai has not exactly been kind to us the past few months...you must understand how our citizens will react to you if you are discovered. The Grand Admiral understands your predicament and has sent an envoy to assist in your protection.

I am appreciative. Fortunately I will be arriving in civilian attire, and am of a height which is passable for a Nepleslian. I may be able to blend in well enough...

I would like to add a stop to my plans. I have heard interesting things about airbikes, and am interested in going to an airbike shop to purchase one.
