As this was going on, another Elysian transport came into sensor range of the Yggdrassill. It immediately hailed, saying that they have a pregnant Elysian Patrician whom is requesting to dock. Apparently, this was Mel's friend that she had spoken of.

"Permission granted. I'll personally greet her."

He smiled, headed out the door.

"Either of you want to come?"

After a few minutes, the shuttle docked with the Yggdrassill. A fairly plump Elysian Patrician exited the shuttle with a small groan. She was pretty far in her labor already, but the former commander had stubbornly refused to have any servants escort her. Agrael Abdiel was slightly regretting that decision now, but she was happy to see Mel again and possibly even make some more trusted friends here.

The pregnant Elysian quietly looked around for any familiar or even friendly faces, her white wings flapping gently to cool her off. She had a few hotflashes while on the shuttle due to the unknown organism inside of her. Agrael had decided against finding out what gender the baby would be because she wanted to be surprised.

"Hello Ms. Abdiel...I am Yuki Toshiro, Owner and Commander of the Yggdrasill Salvage Fleet...welcome to the Yggdrasill! Your friend has already arrived to prepare for you and your child."

He bowed to the woman, certainly not expecting her to do the same.

"Is there anything you'd like after your trip? It must have been difficult for you..."

Mel would go with Toshiro to greet Agrael and once she got out of the shuttle, the blonde woman would go over and help steady her. She was glad to see her friend again and helped her along. "You probably need to get off your feet for a while, I can tell you're getting close." she said, helping her friend.

"Mr. Yuki, I hate to be blunt but she does need to rest as she has a lot ahead of her very soon." The doctor said as she helped Ag toward the exit.

"Understood. Feel free to take her to the quarters...let us know if she needs anything."

Toshiro issued, Yggdrasill's curious video monitors following the pregnant woman.

Agrael smiled and flared her wings politely in response to Toshiro's bow before responding, "Thank you, Mr. Yuki. I am grateful that you will allow me to bring my child into this world on your ship. I will try not to be too much of a burden for you and your crew."

She also thankfully took Mel's aid as they proceeded away from the departing shuttle. "Your such a good friend, Mel," the Elysian whispered to her companion, "Thank you for sticking with me thus far." For some reason, as they walked, Agrael couldn't shake the feeling that shivered up her spine that someone, or something, was watching her.

Mel just smiled at her and helped her get to the double room and sat her down on her bed and checked her out gently. "Oh I felt one kick..." she smiled, having her hand on Ag's stomach. "You're blessed you know that?" Mel smiled. "And it's ok that's what friends do."

As she sat down on the bed, Agrael gave out a sigh of relief. "Ow... I felt that kick, too. It sometimes feel like a little kicking war is going on down there..." she replied with a short laugh, "So, I kind of feel cursed as well.." The Elysian didn't really mind, though. This new life growing inside of her would ultimately be worth this effort.

Mel just smiled a bit at her and nodded. "It just means that he or she will be coming out into the world soon. The little one is eager to come out and see their mom." the blonde woman smiled at her friend gently and giggled slightly. "You'd look cute holding a wee little infant in your arms too."

Agrael blushed lightly, laying down on her back with a sigh, "Oh... I'd love to hold a baby... It'll hopefully be better then carrying it around in my belly!" She giggled as well, trying to imagine herself as a mother. In a sense, her crew was like children as well... only in a sense, of course.

Mel would shift the pillows around so she could lay in a inclined position, knowing that laying flat on her back would hamper breathing. This was because of the weight of the life inside as well as other factors. "here." she said and helped her up against it. "How's that feel?" she asked and smiled cheerfully. "But it'll do you good to hold your own little one."

Agrael laid there with a happy expression on her face. "Much better," she said with a smile, "Don't worry, you'll get one of your own eventually. Then, I get to play nurse!" She giggled at this prospect.

Mel blushed a bright pink at that and smiled at her. "Probably not for a while." she said and ruffled her hair gently. "why didn't you bring your servants with you?" Mel asked as Artemesia was bringing Agrael's things in and setting them in and arranging them a she was suposed to.

"I can still go about on my own, Mel... I'm not a child anymore..." Agrael wined with a childish pout. "I didn't really think that they would be necessary..." The Elysian woman curled her wings into a more comfortable position as she said this.

"I know. But it's best for you to just concentrate on what's going on with you right now." Mel smiled at her and rubbed her stomach lightly, feeling another little baby kick and giggled. "Besides, I have mine with me so that would be easier for me to do my job." she pointed out. "You'll be glad there's one there when you deliver."

Toshiro returned to the bridge, sitting in the CO's chair.

"...All ships, best speed to Albini...since they're going to make a city there, we need to pick that place clean before that material is carted off. You will be coming with us...right Miyoshi-hakase? Or do you have something else to do?""

Agrael nodded, "I guess so... but you will be more then enough to help me through it all, I'm sure." The former commander smiled and gently tugged on a lock of Mel's hair. A giggle escaped from her as she proclaimed, "I have great faith in you, dear!"

Mel sighed some and shook her head with a smile. "Well I'm going to officially join this crew as their doctor, but you're still my first priority, so it would probably have done you well to bring one along just in case." She pointed out and shook her head. "But it'll be ok."

Agrael smiled some more before groaning, "Oh... that kick hurt." She rubbed her swollen belly before she groaned again. "Not so rough, dear..." she seemed to be chiding the unborn infant. Her facial features cringed as another pain hit her. Looking at her friend, the Elysian almost cried, "Mel... it hurts..."
