Good Morning Tamahagane Corporation,

I have been asked to reach out to you in partnership with the regional/state government of the Outer Colonies of Yamatai. We have begun discussing the future of the Jiyuu System and would like to begin the construction process for:

1x Ge-H1-7A - Kōdaina Minato-Class Orbital Installation - Port Jiyuu.

The cost will be shared between the Corporation and the state. We also have production facilities in the Colonies that can assist with construction. We have worked with the Tamahagane Corporation in the past under the MHK banner, and welcome you always in the spirit of cooperation within the Yamatai Star Empire.

Greetings Fumio,

I hope this finds you well. We've identified several sites near Jiyuu III that we find ideal, of course, we wish for this to proceed smoothly. Due to the constraints of this project taking place during wartime, we've allotted a yield of material refined at Port Siren each week for use in construction activities. We've estimated, according to designs back and forth that the reduced time would have Port Jiyuu finished within 8 months rather than 6.

Our owners in the Motoyoshi Clan have expressed concerns with travel plans for both of our parties due to the war. If willing we could meet at Yamatai or perhaps proceed through VCE until we can safely move a delegation to Teiesenjou .

Thank you for your concerns about ones status. I assure you that I am well, as are those in my family and clan.

I am somewhat confused by your statement. The standard construction of a Kōdaina Minato is 9 months. Although we will be accelerating the time table, but your message gave conflicting data. You claim it will be done in 8 months instead of 6. I presume that was either a typo or a data glitch. Since we will be shipping many of the core elements to get the process started, barring incidents we should be able to complete the project in 7 months.

We understand your safety concerns. So the use of VCE Conferencing is satisfactory.

We are preparing to send our first group of 20 Taishita-Class Heavy Freighters with technicians and essential components. They will be escorted by a Security Screen of our Ge-C1-2a - Ookami-Class Light Cruisers. A second group will arrive shortly after the first group have off loaded and headed home.

Capital Production has updated us, due to wartime shortages. The original projected completion date has passed as expected. Yugumo Corporation projects Port Jiyuu will not be completed until the end of the First Quarter of YE 43. I just wanted to update you on our progress.
