Liaison Instructions: Forward to your respective corporation's CEO

To our suppliers, I send you greetings. Facilitate more efficient housing of our Rikugun legions, we are seeking submissions for a megastructure. Below are the Specifications we are seeking:
  • Max height of 500 meters and a width of 100 meters
  • Contain manufacturing capabilities of equipment the size of Light Mecha and below
  • House 1 legion comfortably and 3 in an emergency
  • Orbital/Terrestrial Long Range Support abilities (Weapon systems)
  • Limited STL/FTL capability for self-deployment/escape
  • Compatible with existing and future Terrestrial Base Shielding technologies
  • Expandability for future concepts/upgrades

Appended to the mail chain is a SARA Acquisitions Division message for the designs in question, promising that liaisons relating to the 'future technology' side of this project will be provided to companies that need them. It also makes mention of a flexible bounty that will be discussed between SARA, SAL and Rikugun.
