You don't need plot approval if they're in Open RP. What you need to do to get your plot canonized is to ask Wes to move them. If you have enough missions, you can keep them out of Open RP if he says that's fine.
I usually ask Wes to make a subforum for my plot and when I do that, I'm asked to give a brief, paragraph-ish description of the plot and links to all of the threads to be moved. You may want to have your own subforum Independent RP and, in that case, would do what I mentioned above. If you don't want your own subforum, leave them where they are (If they're all in Indie RP) at Wes' word that you may do so. He may also ask for it to all go to open RP, in which case you will have to give him the links to the threads to be moved.
