Paging @Wes yet again. Part 2 of my current adopting spree.

I intend to use this character as part of the upcoming Open RP, Orochi Squadron. Planned changes to the character are minimal barring a few updates to bring her back into currency, as everything seems to be fine.

I understand that the creator, @Miyoshi, had to leave us due to personal matters, I am fully content to wait for a response from her and relinquish this character should she be able to return.
 
I would also like to request that my previous adoptee, John "Celestial Fury" Kennedy, be moved to the Approved Section, if there are no complaints about him.
