This is an IC manual based on the tactic Yaichiro just used in the Sakura II RP, elaborated on for assorted other operations and situations. Not only does it codify tactics, but it also highlights prerequisites for successful use, beneficial or mitigating factors, and countermeasures. I'm trying to make it useful, but by no means insurmountable.

Of course, there is no template I could find for an IC reference manual. Thus I was told by Frost to just put the URL of the submission in the field.

Fixed the listed concerns. Mass Mesher has been corrected/explained by linking to the appropriate article rather than giving a separate explanation.
