So, since Im just waiting for the ISS inquiry to finish up mission 2, which I dont have a problem with, are there any plots i can make a second character for and jump right in.

No, there is no limit. I have many!

I have like 30 that have seen action at some point lol, some of us go pretty wild

You can have as many characters as you can make. And put them in as many Plots as you can get accepted into (or have like 30 in the same plot in the case of kaiyoo)
