Implemented Stop the Discord "wiki-updates" channel from accessing real names

This suggestion has been implemented. Votes are no longer accepted.
yeah and people make their usernames the same as their wiki and discord ones, so it should show that. I am like: "Who is R------?"

See:

but then what does it show if someone doesn't fill it in?

I put the dashes myself back in the day but now I'm glad I did

Ideally it would say on the data entry screen that it's a public field, because everywhere else on the net where there is both a Username and Real Name field, the Real Name is generally for internal purposes only afaik?

Off topic and Spoilers and trivia: the literal meaning of my given name is a valid name kanji (yuuki), and my family name on the wiki is the demonym of where I'm from, also a valid family name in kanji

Presumably it would be blank. If you want an example, when struct updates pages remotely it's blank.
but then what does it show if someone doesn't fill it in?

I will ask the developer if he can make this something that can be disabled and show usernames instead.

Credit to @Whisper for finding a temporary workaround.

Note to self: In helper.php at line 97, change to

$user = $INFO['editor'];
