What do you call yourself?
I prefer, online, to be called Tech, though my real name is public, and is Chris.

How'd you find Star Army?
Funny actually, I actually happened upon a copyright claim on NS's Technical forum.

What interested you in joining?
I already RP a FFT (Far Future Tech) nation on NS, and have become accustomed to forum RPing through NS, both from actual forum RPs, and an ongoing regional RP, so I guessed that I would like to RP here as well.

Ever done this text-based roleplaying thing before?
As before mentioned, yes, from both forums and the region my nation (Tecton) resides in.

Any previous experiences you want to share?
There aren't many notable experiences.

Now for the questionnaire!

Do you prefer:
  • Playing male or female characters? I'm fine with play either.
  • Spontaneous or planned RP? I do both.
  • Military or civilian characters? I RP mainly military characters, maybe some faction leaders.
  • Humans, androids, anthros, or aliens? Androids, Humans, and Aliens, I'm not one for anthros.
  • Being on a starship or being on a planet? Starship, though planets are nice.
  • Roleplay via forum posts or in real-time? Forum posts, much less stressful as there is a period of reply time, usually.
On a scale of 1 to 3, what's your preferred level of these in your RP:
  • Language: 2
  • Violence: 2
  • Sexuality: 1
What's something cool you'd love to RP?
I'm not exactly sure yet...

Nice to see some fellow Nationstates players (I play as StarArmy, obviously!) and that my new intro template's useful to people! Just so you know, that wasn't me with the copyright beef!

Anyway, it's good to meet you, Tech. Star Army is mainly focused on characters, but members can definitely nation-build new factions for background purposes or even as new playable factions (I think we may be near max capacity for playable ones though, at least for now).
