Approved Character The Children of Midori

The Children of Midori are NPCs I wanted to make for a long time now. I have plans to use them as GM NPC for the Resolutions of the Ghost plot with Andrew and Yuuki, mostly as villains and the like in the plot, though we will see how they develop.
