History: Born in the streets of Funky City, he lived in poverty and gang infested neighborhoods. The community having poorly educationally programs and weak role models eventually led him to joining a gang beginning his life as a criminal. Living the life as desperado wasn't easy being shot and getting beat up brutally by the police left an impacting touch in his life to come. Always having a distaste for the law and its enforcers blaming the many faults of life on them. When his best friend lost his life to the police because of a misunderstanding he lost it and decided to revenge the fallen brothers of the streets. He joined one of the many rebel groups in Nepleslia.

Fighting: Hand to hand combat was learned from experience. Fighting sometimes for money he picked up techniques from many fighters and used them for his own good.
Rogue: Being born in the streets your of course going to pick up some wisdom in the streets so Tito is very 'street wise'. He also learned how to pick pocket and pick locks to provide himself with necessitate items.
Survival:When hunger is lingering in your mind, and you don't have a home to come back to you either adept or die. Well Tito adepted and used scraps or anything he found to build temporary homes.
