The Motoyoshi Clan understands, and sympathizes with, the Kingdom of Neshaten's problems with internal agitators. The secessionist treason of the Tange and the United Outer Colonies that lasted from your calendar's ER774-ER775v has not been forgotten by our Clan or our Nation. To that end, Yugumo Corporation pledges to vet all hires of Kingdom citizens and expatriates, including submitting their applications for employment or contracts to your security bureau, to screen potential hires for connections to the Kingdom Fall organization. You have the word of Motoyoshi that we will give no comfort or support to the terrorists, and will do our utmost to prevent their access to our proprietary technologies. We cordially invite representatives of your security bureau to our headquarters to collaborate on policies and procedures to help our practices align with your needs. As at this time we have no Neshaten employees on refugee or asylum status that would prevent us from releasing their information to the Kingdom, all relevant files are included.

We appreciate someone from outside our Kingdom presenting us with such an offer, after extensive research into the background of the company and those who run it we humbly accept your most gracious of gestures with open arms. More secure lines of communication will need to be laid out to ensure the absolute integrity of this information crossing between our borders but that can be arranged at a later date, as well as any potential additional compensation we would give in return.

It would be a bit of a process getting the paperwork in order and securing a route but if we could arrange everything in a timely matter then meeting in person sounds like a wonderful idea, I'll have our people talk to your people.

We can facilitate the exchange of secure communications in a border system of your choosing. We will be dispatching the Yugure-class Merchant Destroyer YSS Bastion of Winter (CIRN CYE-CYU-0036), a vessel crewed entirely by Tinacen-speaking Shukaren-Daur, along with some additional ships as security. Be advised our vessels are exploration and merchant vessels configured for civilian law enforcement and corporate protection missions.
