The operation to investigate the planet HX-14 has led to the discovery of communications technology as well as a digitally-spread plague that killed the world's populace.

We found some information on a four ton ship detected by mass wave readers that we believe to be piloted by the researcher Lisa Alice "Thorn" Ironhart. This researcher has been working with us on this project. This researcher has other projects to get to and has left it in the hands of Yamatai, as well as offering the project to Section 6 of the USO.

How would you like the Ninth Fleet's task force assigned to this project to proceed?

1. HX-14 is not within Yamatai's borders at this time but it is close. We do not want the USO to set up in the Kikyo Sector so try to influence USO assets to keep moving.

2. Work with the SSS to determine the level of threat the plague could pose to Yamatai.

3. Do whatever you think is best with the ship.
