From the desk of Her Imperial Majesty, Star Empress Himiko I of Yamatai:

We have recieved a 3D recording of what appears to be Senator Iemochi creating an illegal clone of himself on Sood Zadra. The video was supplied by Sood Zadra's governor. The timing seems politically motivated but the video appears to be 100% authentic. Furthermore tracking Senator Iemochi shows there appears to be two of him, in violation of the Memory Backup Protection Act. You are ordered to investigate immediately.
