as far as this concept is concerned I have no issues with the character, I like the interesting history
I took the liberty of going through and adding links for a few things and changing an incorrect date of birth in the history that said ye 34 to ye 22 and also re added the social connections section header, if he has any I'll let you go ahead and deal with that.
As long as no Mods have an issue with the character and his involvement across his travels of the galaxy I pronounce him APPROVED

I see some random capitalizations along the profile and Trash isn't capitalized in an instance in his physical description, but that's really minor.
