Approved Submission Update: Origin Heavy Laser Turret

Here's some fixes this article still needs:

1. Article looks fine, I did make some spelling and syntax fixes.
2. FM approval? Is it needed here? The article is already approved so I would think that small fixes like this don't require the FM to weigh in but just so we have everything done according to process I'd like to get @Wes to sign off.
3. DR: While nothing is wrong with this submission, it does look like it could cause problems for previous submissions. For example the Jinkan would end up over-tier'd. It does look like you're going through and updating stuff though so I think it would be up to you if you want to work on that now or get this approved and then worry about fixing that stuff up later. The blacklinks option on the page would let you go back and view every page that would need a looking at.


When these fixes are made, please post a reply here so I can re-check the article. Thank you!

Frost, maybe you can review something else that goes through submissions. If you want to review something, though, you need to put a checklist, approval, or rejection into the thread.
 
After some deliberation, I've decided to reduce the Tier of this weapon from Tier 10 to Tier 9.

Np, it makes more sense to just edit in that info than reject a submission and force re-submission.
