This seems like a history event but other than Hoshi emailing Department of Land and Housing and their reply, it was all my headcanon or something I mentioned in discord, so I want to canonize the ranch lol

Yuuki that is cursed!! I am so sorry for going off BUT...! She basically grows wasabi but that's my current IRL dream so I never said wasabi. She got a bunch of trees and built waterways for the plant to grow near and so like, it would not be that dry! Also okay, the yaks do have half of a kilometer of grazing pastures but the wiki also says they rotate to promote their grazing grass' abilities to regrow after the munch, so not even the pasture area would be that dry unless they broke into a pasture that they just overate and is sectioned off to being gross and dry. Hoshi did not work for months to have "created a small paradise of a microhabitat" for nothing :0 Yuuki I am again so sorry for going off but that's the type of horse area or maybe cheerleading practice terrain that if I was around as a kid I would make this face while being there:
