RP: YSS Artemis [YSS Artemis O1I3] Wrong Side of Heaven

Suzume - Uesureyan Fortress

An odd commotion had begun nearby that was impossible for Suzume to ignore. The tame and clerical atmosphere of the room had been broken by the audacious outburst and brazen attention-seeking of another neko nearby and had broken the silence so perfectly even Suzume's bearing had broken; Causing the overly tense neko to whip her head towards the disturbance.

She got control of her emotions quick enough but something the smaller woman had said had gotten her attention.

She was going to join the Artemis.

A lead had finally presented itself! Practically launching out of her seat and starting across the room with an imposing gait she came up behind Gravity; The receptionist looking on in abject horror likely fearing violence and the final mental break of the threatening aura that slid off of Suzume so easily she could easily mirror Irim-sama's demeanor with little effort.

A hand reached out to clasp on Gravity's shoulder and demand answers when to her surprise a nearby Shosa she had somehow missed and worn the uniform of a ranger no less made another statement that floored Suzume completely.

Her hand falling to her side, Suzume took mental stock of her facilities.

Her uniform was wrinkled and a mess. The bags under her sunken eyes no doubt made her look horrible and above all else, the building turmoil and stress had taken her usual grimace from a concerning 5 to a complete 11 on a scale of 1-10 that likely made her completely unapproachable and looking all the more anti-social than usual.

Regardless she wouldn't let her disheveled state stop this chance! So breaking all norms towards decency and respect towards a superior she interjected between the Shosa before her and the smaller neko and inserted herself with a barely acceptable bow in respect.

"Hei Itatski, Suzume. 109th Imperial Ravens." She practically growled out, her rasping and gravely tone matching her rough exterior. There were hundreds of crewmen on a warship like the Artemis. And who knew how many rangers. But knowing her sister and how perfect she was, Suzume knew everyone must know and idolize her as she did if not know of whatever amazing exploits her older sister often told her about in their communications.

If their shared surname didn't warrant her an audience and a chance of her transfer request getting approved then a tiny voice in the back of her head that had been growing louder and louder as of late may very well spur her into actions she knew she would both regret but also knew must be taken.
