Seriously though, this is a really high quality character and definitely fits in with the vibe that the Komainu is going for. The fact that their personal motivations line up with not only the themes, but the ship's actual duties, is a big positive. That should smooth over them getting into trouble for stuff, which, let's face it, is going to happen. They totally look cool, too.

The enlistment contract in the Star Army is for three years, not two.
The wiki is omniscient, so the year of her creation would be known to the wiki.
I don't think there is a Yamataian consulate in Funky City. It's not on the wiki and has never been mentioned. Maybe ask Wes, or is there a different option? It fits nicely with her story, but I don't think it's possible.
If she is "...trying to keep the trail cold and keep as far away from those that would see her dead to protect their identities." Why didn't she change her appearance when changing into a 33 body?

"Rouges" shouldn't be capitalized and should be "rogues".
"...incentive, Adding to a..." the word adding does not need to be capitalized here.
"...Funky City, Lying about..." Lying should be lowercase.
"...made on her life was later secured with..." should be "...made on her life, she was later secured with..."
"...star army, Bouncing from ship..." Star Army should be capitalized and bouncing should not be.

Fixed my usual capitalization after those commas, Even tho you cant stop me from doing it on the forum~
ill give 'r my usual "born in early x" but ye ruin my air of vagueness through ye meta-ing~
Left the consulate mention in since wes approved it. Ill add it to my never ending list of stuff to do, adding it to the funky city portion of planet nep since there 100% should always be embassies and consulates in major cities like that.
Fix 2 to 3 years. Its been a while since ive looked up cat-lore after all~
and finally... There are 5,765,344,568,983,22 cats in the start army (give or take). And im sure there are at least 20 blue cats total in that number so shes got like 19 other scapegoats they gotta go through first. Shes also not a typical neko that changes her looks every ten seconds like other nekos with vibrant colors, digital makeup and other stuff involved in the culture. She was never a neko or a person or anything other than property and a tool so she never developed the kind of mindset any other cat or minkin or even a yamatain anything raised or living in nepleslia might have about ST technology and its utilities and is widely intimidated by all that.
Plus its her body. Even if its not her original one its still who she is down to her very look and maybe she doesn't want to change that because like her klepto tendencies and love for personal effects she has a deep set desire to hold onto anything and everything since shes never had anything to call her own.
Also shes not a super spy or anything. She was a blunt object not a stiletto~ I suppose on the other side of the coin she never thought of that =D

Thanks! That's hilarious! Kaiyō has two blue Neko, at least, so if we have anyone knocking on our air lock for your cat, we'll send them the wrong way and forget to tell you about it! Have fun!

Had actually just assumed they did change their appearance, since nothing else stated otherwise... But it seems totally within their personality just to refuse her old masters control of that one little chunk of her being, too.

@Cowboy Smoker is updated to have returned to nep and joined te marines for ye suprise~
Added a lot of drugs, changed the standard issue and stuff from the star army to NSMC, and not much else besides.
Tbh I kinda wanted to make her a cook and have her be 1000% terrible at it. Being a former ranger she'll prob aim for combat specialist at some point tho.

If you want her to be a cook that's fine, although she might last very long. The Surprise, especially her Captain, enjoys good food. A bad cook wouldn't last very long. 
However, the Surprise is also known for boarding enemy ships to take as a prize. Any crew member can volunteer to board and enemy ship. Maybe that's how she redeemes herself.
Anyway, approved on my end as GM of the plot.

@Wes i have on her equipment a flamethrower listed as “stolen” as it was hardly standard issue for a ranger to have, and isn’t a new development even for the update.
Will that be an issue to have smuggled away (it’s hardly sensitive technology), or would that have been too risky to have tried to sneak away when she left?
