A very Zen-like Logistics and Fabrication gal for Gunny's awesome Tenth Fleet and the current rebuilding efforts underway there after the terrorist attack. NPC occupations need some love, too. :) Posting it early for any comments on what I have so far, history portion and some more appearance should be filled out by tomorrow morning.

I'm also not entirely sure about her rank, but Itto Hei sounded about right.
