1. Please begin construction on 1x Kodoku-Class Mining and Processing Facility to replace Port Siren in the Siren System. The Refinery ships we purchased from the Mining Guild are only a temporary solution.
2. Please begin the process with Geshrini Shipyards to start construction on 1x Kōdaina Minato-Class orbital installation to replace Port Jiyuu in the Jiyuu System.
