Bahadur Shahjahan is a player character played by Fiver and is currently involved in the UNKNOWN plot.
Weight: 213 lbs
Build and Skin Color: Bahadur, for an Iromakuanhe, has a highly unusual build. Unusual in that, unlike being tall and lithe like most of his species, Bahadur is built like a Yahti. Standing at over six feet tall, and weighing in at over of 200 pounds, he is both muscular and athletic. Being born on Mazerin and raised with the traditional Ovoc Wakir lifestyle, Bahadur's chalk-white skin and muscled body are covered with scars, the tale of his growth into a man.
Facial Features and Eye Color: Bahadur has a powerful and distinctive face, with strong cheekbones and a sturdy lantern jaw; a somewhat large and flat nose; and red eyes that have the slightest tint of grey to them in certain light.
Hair Color and Style: Bahadur has dark black hair tied back and braided in a traditional Ovoc Wakir style. The hair connects to a fairly well kept beard.
Distinguishing Features: Bahadur's body is covered with scars, remnants of the numerous bruises, scrapes, cuts, and gashes he earned while growing up.
Personality: Bahadur, despite his levelheadedness and somewhat goal focused personality, is somewhat headstrong and can be stubborn at times. Even though his personality can be quite a bit rough at times, the Ovoc Wakir generally makes an attempt to be sociable with people, and since joining the Astral Vanguard he has learned to put his inborn prejudices against Cohronl and Maekerdanii aside, and looks at the Iromakuanhe as a whole living organism instead of various separate things glued together. Even so, Bahadur is still slightly distrustful of strangers, but he is the sort of guy that would defend someone with his own life after he warmed up to them. In his mind, Bahadur tends to see the world in a clear black and white image, and as long as his morality and sense of justice doesn't intervene, he'll follow his orders right to the letter.
Likes: Floatcrab sticks, Herdtitan stew, the cold, people who aren't annoying, a nice warm mug of tea, doing things right the first time.
Dislikes: Annoying people, hot and humid weather, rebels, annoying foreigners, seafood, annoying women, spicy foods, alcohol, flirtatious women(Does not know how to deal with them)
Goals: Bahadur believes that he's on a holy mission from Mu'Klamal himself to become the best Frame Runner possible.
Father: Restam V'al Panjshir, Lead Caravaneer, Panjshir Caravan(Ovoc Wakir)
Mother: Rudabeh V'el Panjshir, Trademistress, Panjshir Caravan (Sund Wakir)
Born on Mazerin in the cold planetary winter of AR 917, Bahadur is the son of Temple Guardian Restam V'al Panjshir, an ethnic Ovoc Wakir, and Rudabeh V'el Panjshir, Restam's wife and former companion in his “Adventures”. Bahadur's parents, knowing that attempting to raise him would interfere with their duties in the caravan, sent him off to one of the Southern Ghoroun Province's many “Preparatory Academies for Young Children”. In other words, Bahadur was shipped off to military school at age 5, leading the young Ovoc Wakir to resent his parents until he was able to learn why they sent him away. Life in the military school was harsh, but it only served to forge the boy's heart into steel, the frequent fights and scuffles along with the constant studying and learning maturing him into the talented young man he was when his parents next saw him, allowing him the honor of joining the Panjshir Caravan. While his time with the Caravan only lasted a few years, Bahadur did his best to be a productive member of the community and bring honor to his family name, learning a great deal from both the caravan elders and his family, always striving to succeed, and never being satisfied with failure. However, life in the caravan soon grew boring for Bahadur, and in a dream one night, Mu'Klamal himself appeared to the young Ovoc Wakir man, and ordered him to join the Astral Vanguard and become the best Frame Runner ever to come from the harsh land of his father's. And so, with his parent's blessing, Bahadur left the Panjshir Caravan to join the Astral Vanguard, and travel down the path to becoming a man of destiny.
Bahadur is proficient in both defensive and offensive hand-to-hand techniques as well as the use of several hand weapons, including knives, pistols, rifles and light explosives such as grenades. He is in excellent physical form, with sufficiently high endurance to survive situations such as elevated G-forces. As well, Bahadur is an avid practitioner of various Ovoc Wakir Martial Arts, specifically the styles focused on the use of a Khanda in conjunction with unarmed combat; and he knows his way around most forms of Iromakuanhe firearms from his days as part of the caravan. Beyond the use of a Khanda or a gun, Bahadur has a slight fascination with bladed weapons, and has learned how to competently use both medium and heavy clothblades.
Bahadur has advanced comprehension and practical ability in the piloting of a Powered Frame unit, capable of flying under most conditions and operating all of the onboard weaponry safely and efficiently in combat scenarios. He can make complex battlefield maneuvers while under high stress (combat, etc) and adjust his movements to compensate for all logical combat variables (gravity, weapons fire, atmospheric conditions, etc). He understands the basic functionality of his machine and can make basic repairs to certain subsystems. Because of his belief that Mu'klamal told him to become an ace pilot, Bahadur has devoted himself to constant training and studying, becoming an extremely well rounded pilot overall.
Bahadur has learned the essentials of tactics and command, but has not achieved the required level of mastery to put himself in a command position. However, he is capable of giving and following tactical orders quickly and efficiently in combat scenarios and can follow the command structure of his unit or wing while under highly stressful conditions (combat, etc). He is capable of making use of the information given to him (tactical maps, target statistics, marked targets, etc) and finding relevant information to send to the rest of his unit. Because of his upbringing(Both his childhood in a Mazerinii Military School and his adolescence among the Panjshir Caravan) Bahadur has strong leadership qualities, and has experience with leading small groups of his peers.
Born and raised in the harsh tundra of Mazerin, Bahadur is more than able to take care of himself in a hostile, frostbitten environment. He is knowledgeable of most survival techniques for cold climates, and is capable of constructing shelter and finding heat in such an environment, as well as obtaining food from the few hardy creatures that would live in such a place.
Bahadur has had extensive courses in the use of NI systems aboard the Organoid craft employed by the Astral Vanguard, and understands how to properly utilize his own entry ports to interface with compatible systems. The use of standard-issue electronic devices and conventional computers have also been a part of his education.
Bahadur is capable of using all standard communications found in the Iromakuanhe Astral Commonwealth, in particular those employed by the Astral Vanguard. This includes laser, radio and MASC-enhanced variations in various formats and media. He is fluent in Saalsari and Haidasari, and can speak, read and write it correctly. He can communicate clearly even while under fire or in other unnerving situations.
Bahadur is capable of basic medical techniques, including everything up to first aid, emergency care such as CPR or the Heimlich maneuver and the administering of preprepared medicine, such as painkillers or stimulants. Similarly, Bahadur knows how to treat injuries one would obtain in the wilderness of Mazerin, and is capable of identifying medicinal plants.
