Build and Skin Color: Korr has a slim, moderately athletic build that has seen the wear and tear of old age. His skin was white at one point, but now has a heavy artificial tan, giving it an “almost orange” tint.
Eyes and Facial Features: Korr has brown eyes, a medium/large nose, thin lips, and enough Botox to hold up a shelf.
Hair Color and Style: Korr's hair is short and grayish blonde hair with the front gelled into a triangle-esqe spike.
Distinguishing Features: Korr's fake tan.
Personality: At first glance, Corin Blight might seem washed up, but if you ask him, his age is nothing but a number. He may be brash at first, but he's more of a people's person than many care to believe, and uses this to his advantage more often than not. While his own well being is his priority, he'd be willing to stick his neck out for someone he trusts, especially if he'd get recognition for it. Corin keeps his friends close, his enemies closer, and those with something he wants the closest.
Corin's mother is Amy Blight, a stay at home mother.
Corin's father is Vince Blight, a former member of the Reds, thought to be one of the main organizers of the Red Navy.
Corin Blight led a surprisingly simple childhood, considering his father's association with the Reds. His mother was always there to care for him and his father paid the bills through Red paychecks. It wasn't until his late teens that Corin's father showed him the ropes of underground work and sent him on his way to work for a drug cartel in close ranks with the Reds. Using his father's reputation to his advantage, Corin secured his place in the cartel and became known simply as “Korr.”
While the cartel was good money, Korr had a larger pocket than it could fill. It wasn't long before he broke away and started his own ring, selling the product in a way that allowed him to take the largest cut without making his men feel cheated. While many of those working under Korr were fine sticking to selling drugs, Korr had much larger plans for his group, so he re branded his drug ring into a gang and broadened his range of crime to robbery and gang wars as well as ring work. He claimed that his men were the “Gold Standard” and persuaded many members to even use cosmetics to turn their skin permanently gold. Though things in the Gold Standard were going well for Korr, the capture of his Red father forced him out of the spotlight of the gang and into a less famous area of the underground: piracy. His gang was by no means the largest or most influential, but by the end of his time with them, the Gold Standard was a force to be reckoned with.
Corin is extremely well spoken in trade, and has a basic understanding of Lorath.
Being well versed in the ways of negotiating, Corin knows how to hold himself in the presence of others. He has a remarkable level of skill when it comes to asserting himself through body language.
As he is older than many of those he meets, it's safe to say that his experiences in life far surpass those of many others. After all, with age comes wisdom.
While his time in the gang business gifted him with a decent understanding of combat, Korr prefers not getting his hands dirty by using firearms whenever possible.
Rule one of the underground is that you won't get very far if you can't pick a few pockets, and Korr is well able to do so. He had evident skills in lockpicking, but the effects of age were sure to take their toll on them.
In the early years of the Gold Standard, Korr had to assume his fair share of leading roles to keep his men on target, and many of those traits rubbed off on him over time. Korr can rally the troops when needed, and could give a halfway decent motivational speech if the need arises.
Though old age is a toll on the body, Corin exercises regularly and is still moderately active by all means.
Corin Blight is currently a Negotiator for the Black Vipers.
