Javier Feyete is a NPC created by Fiver originally for Origin Industries and later moved to Axis Mechworks.

Javier is tall and handsome, with powerful brown eyes and short cropped hair colored like wheat. Genetics have given him slightly pale skin and somewhat pointed ears. He is not, by any means thin and stickly, and is best described as built, his body well trained and muscled from years serving in the military, and kept in shape by his practice of fencing. Javier is almost never seen without a locket around his neck; the locket contains a volumetric picture of Sierra Merkur.

• Javier is currently in something of a long distance relationship with Sierra Merkur. Javier is incredibly loyal to Sierra, and refuses to so much as look at another woman.
• Recently quit Origin, accepting a job offer from Axis Mechworks to come work on their Combat Frame program.

• Communications: Javier is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, ships, ground vehicles, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Javier is fluent in Nepleslian Trade, Yamataian, Kennewesian French¹⁾. He can speak and write all of his known languages. Javier is skilled in field communications and is proficient in all rudimentary forms of communication (hand signals, flashing lights, etc).
• Engineering&Maintenance and Repair : Javier Feyete is a highly skilled engineer, having essentially designed Origin Industry's M1 line of powered frames from the ground up. He is capable of creating, designing, and building an entirely new mecha, given enough time, and can easily modify any mecha he is suitably familiar with. This means that while he can easily kitbash together monstrosities from Origin and Axis²⁾ technologies, he is incapable of doing so with foreign technology.
• Vehicles: Javier was one of the first Powered Frame pilots³⁾, and as such has a great degree of skill in piloting them.
• Fighting&Physical: In addition to being trained in basic military self defense, Javier is an avid practitioner of fencing, and is quite skilled at it.

• Humanities: Javier is, or atleast attempts to be the very images of the chivalrous knight in shining armor. He has practiced the art of looking good and noble, and can perfectly follow Nepleslian and high-class etiquette. He is an eloquent speaker, and does his best to keep himself looking prim and proper and handsome.
