Proportionally, Wakako is the spitting image of her mother and is quite easily mistaken for her mother from behind. But from the front, the differences are more readily apparent. She lacks the refined, gentle beauty of her mother and instead, has more feral beauty with a dangerous look in her eyes. Her medium skin tone is a mix between the tan of her Malifarian father and the fair skin of her Ketsurui mother. Her expression gives the impression that she is up to something and knowing, Wakako, she probably is.
Wakako has every part of her mother's energy and curiosity with all of her father's abject passion for chaos. She was raised to be a proper Ketsurui Princess with all of the tact, pose and manners of her mother but was also raised to be a warrior. There is a fire in her belly that keeps her constantly moving, learning. Highly intelligent and easily bored, she tends to inspire chaos around her, pulling harmless pranks or starting fights.

Ketsurui Wakako was born in YE 38 in the city of Kyoto, Planet Yamatai. Sora raised her daughter with the hope to prepare her for the dangers of the Shadow Viper threat and the coming wars by imparting her daughter with her military knowledge and dueling style of Nito Ryu. Rolf taught Wakako his brand of fighting, hoping to discourage boys from flirting with his daughter. Aware of the dangers of the world around her, she longed to know more. She read any book she could get her hands on about tactics, and combat and pressed her parents to tell her about their military engagements. Raised on a heritage of war, and enthralled by the basis of her father's capstone project “Toe to Toe with the Unknown”, she decided to enlist in the Star Army following more in her father's footsteps than her mother's, although her mother's compassion for life and learning still stuck with her.
When she was 3 months old, she enlisted and went through the practical portion of basic training close to home at Fort Victory and proceeded to Black Sands Test Range for infantry training and graduated in YE 39.
