Build and Skin Color: Short, almost comically so but incredibly wide. More or less looks like a walking tank since his entire body is nothing but muscle. Looks kinda like a uniformed troll or hobgoblin as some would say.
Eyes and Facial Features: Ice blue eyes that stare almost through you.
Ears: Plain old ordinary ears.
Hair Color and Style: Short cropped brown hair.
Distinguishing Features: Scars on both legs and one arm from having them blown off from an antimatter explosion while in powered armor and having them grown back
Personality: Gruff exterior but inside just wants to be accepted and not looked upon as an unnatural freak of nature due to a mistake made in his genetic coding. Is willing to talk to most humans and will make at least some attempt to be cordial to Nekos, Elysians and other xenos species. However, his impressive physical strength tends to cause issues with people since they see him as being overly aggressive due to his short stature. He doesn't particularly like those who ask ignorant questions or those who attempt to harass those whom he has taken a liking to.
Mike O'Neil SR: Original Model ID-SOL

Mike O'Neil is a mistake, he was vat bred from a great ID-Sol name Mike O'Neil Sr. However, during the cloning process something went wrong. His growth was cut almost in half and the mass that would have made him at least 8 feet tall was instead converted to muscle, this allows him to perform feats of strength that even normal ID-Sol's find impossible to accomplish including such things as lifting vehicles off the ground at least for a short period to enable others to change tires. He managed to get away after the black syndicate splinter group that created him was found by the IPG and eradicated while he was off on a mission. Upon his return he found that the majority of the base that had been in the area was destroyed and at that time he realized that there were many better things to do out there. He wandered for quite some time hunting for someone willing to hire him, until one day he found the company known as Paragon. He managed to prove that he was worth hiring so he was hired on as a standard power armored grunt for a time, during this period he proved his skills in combat and was rapidly promoted, he was eventually granted a field commission as a lieutenant and eventually made the rank of captain and given command of a Tank Company and proved that yet again he was an extremely fast learner as he picked up the ways of not just commanding a tank but also being the gunner and driver for it.
O'Neil received intensive hand-to-hand combat training (primarily focused on disabling and/or killing opponents) and has followed up that knowledge with a rigorous training program. Weapons he is trained in include pistols of all types, knives, grenades (and other forms of explosive weaponry) and rifles of all kinds. O'Neil is in excellent physical shape and has considerable endurance. He is also able to pilot land-based power armors, but must rely on the suit’s A.I. to do anything advanced.
O'Neil is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, ships, ground vehicles, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. He is fluent in Nepleslian. He can speak and write it correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, etc. O'Neil is skilled in field communications and is proficient in all rudimentary forms of communication (hand signals, flashing lights, etc). With the assistance of the computer system that he had designed for him he can translate most other spoken languages through the speakers on his suit and through the external speakers of his vehicles.
He can understand and give out tactical commands and work with his troop to follow those commands efficiently. He knows the importance of teamwork on the battlefield, has been intensively trained in discipline and morale, and is able to recognize the command structure even while under extreme pressure (combat, etc). The character is able to recognize ambush points. He knows basic math in order to calculate distances, etc, and can use a tactical map.
O'Neil knows how to survive in hostile environments. He can build shelters, hunt and forage for food, build a fire, etc. He can camouflage himself and is familiar with guerrilla warfare tactics. Considering the fact that for the first 15 years of his hyper accelerated training program he was hiding with the black syndicate group that created him in order to prevent anyone from be able to track him back to the base. He learned to stalk enemy forces while engaging them from long distance with sniper weapons as well as closing with them from a covered position and engaging with every weapon at his disposal.
With largely urban missions, Cavalry has become somewhat of a specialty for the military. O'Neil took this specialty to become even more proficient at maneuvering his havoc tank as well as being able to issue the correct commands to the platoons which fall under his command. O'Neil has learned all the skills needed to operate the vehicle solo, including things like letting the computers handle targeting incoming missiles, how to properly deploy smoke screens and use the vehicle’s lasers to cover infantry advances by destroying incoming projectiles, and how to support marines by forwarding critical data picked up by the vehicle’s sensors. Thanks to his training, O'Neil is fully capable of doubling as power armored infantry, and is trained how to remotely pilot his craft, how to help deliver power armored infantry to a battlefield, and most importantly how to dismount the vehicle to aid other soldiers in more infantry style tasks. Cavalry are taught how to supplement a squad of power armored infantry with their vehicle, and are just as comfortable outside the cockpit as they are in it.
O'Neil can identify, manufacture, handle and dispose of explosives. With the proper tools, he can detect and disarm enemy explosives as well. O'Neil had a large number of skills preprogrammed into him when he was being accelerated grown in the tank. Demolitions are a skill he inherited from the Sr. O'Neil ID-Sol for that one was a combat engineer before and had vast stores of knowledge on explosives. The younger O'Neil also learned first hand that the right combination of terrain, explosives, and armor can make all the difference to whether a battle is won or lost.
O'Neil is familiar with how to effectively pilot most ground vehicles. He can make rudimentary repairs to his vehicle. In addition, he has an almost unbelievable amount of skill in operating the T1A1 “Havoc” main battle tank. While inside this vehicle, He can perform difficult maneuvers under high stress (combat, etc). He is also proficient in repairing this type of vehicle (if given the proper tools and time).
