Tanaka Sasada was an enlisted crewman serving on the YSS Sakura. She was executed by captain Rufus Sydney after she interrupted negotiations with the Lorath Matriarchy. According to the ship's log, she was tossed into an airlock and that airlock was opened to space while the ship descended into a planet's atmosphere, causing her to be incinerated.
